Clarity AI Partners is an Auckland-based agency building AI automations for small and mid-sized financial services businesses across New Zealand.
The agency is led by founder Ben Bruce. His background is in Finance and Applied Mathematics from the University of Auckland. Most recently he's been an AI developer at BlackBull Markets, a New Zealand forex and CFD trading firm, where he's built internal AI tools including a customer support agent used by the operations team, a back-end knowledge base accessed by their AI agents, an operations meeting summariser, and a review analysis pipeline drafted into summaries for management.
Clarity AI Partners exists to bring that work to small financial services business owners directly. People running real businesses with real admin loads. Ben started the agency because most small businesses are running manual workflows that AI can replace cleanly. The focus is education first. Clients understand the tools and workflows they're operating, so they keep the edge after handover.
Ben will work with you personally on every build, leaving you with full ownership of the final product and continual support thereafter.

You don't need to know. The first call is simple: you walk me through how your business runs and where the time goes. I listen, ask questions, and work out where the real bottlenecks are. Spotting where AI can help is the part I handle.
Do you work with businesses outside Auckland?
Yes. Clarity AI Partners is Auckland-based, but the work is done remotely. Calls happen over video, builds plug into the systems you already use, and handover and training run the same whether you're in Auckland, Wellington, or Invercargill.
Why work with you instead of a bigger consultancy or off-the-shelf AI tools?
Off-the-shelf tools like Zapier or Copilot are built for everyone, so they fit no one exactly. They get you most of the way, then leave you maintaining the gap. A bigger consultancy puts an account manager between you and whoever actually builds the thing. You work with me directly. I build the system around how your business runs, train your team to use it, and hand you the code at the end.
What if I want to change something after handover?
Every build comes with ongoing support from me. If something needs adjusting, extending, or fixing later, I'm there for it, whatever the size of the change. You also own the code outright, so you're never locked to a single provider.
